Sushith Mundayadan
General Manager of an Irish wholefood business, retail e‑commerce and wholesale, shipping across the EU and UK. Two decades into a career that has run through every layer of the commercial engine: how a business gets found, how its largest accounts are kept, and how the goods actually cross a border.

Work
I started in search, moved into digital advertising, and spent eight years at Yahoo and Indeed learning how large accounts actually behave. I came to Ireland in 2022 and completed an MSc in Management. I now run a wholefood business end to end: pricing, margin, channel strategy, distributor agreements and the operations underneath.
Elsewhere
Outside work I read a great deal, mostly non‑fiction in four directions: space science and astronomy, technology, history and anthropology, and the long argument about how cultures hold themselves together.
I write as well as read, mainly business and non‑fiction, because setting an argument down in order is the fastest way I know to find out whether it actually holds.
I also build things. I have been comfortable around Linux and open source since 2010, and most of my side projects begin as an attempt to understand a system rather than remain a customer of it. Chess, cricket and football fill in the rest, along with music: I tried my hand at making it, worked out fairly quickly that I am one of the millions who are not much good at it, and now stick to enjoying what other people make.
